I DEMAND an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND of the $10 USD charged on December 14, 2025 (Pro Subscription Plan - see attached billing screenshot showing the deceptive charges).

This charge is unacceptable and deceptive for these critical reasons:

  1. I NEVER SAW or was clearly informed about the hidden detail that the first month was a special $2 promotional rate, and the second month would automatically jump to $10 (or higher regular price). This key information was buried or not prominently displayed, misleading me into believing it was a consistent low-price subscription. This is blatant false advertising!

  2. I was completely unaware that the subscription was set to AUTO-RENEW monthly with automatic deductions. During signup and initial payment, there was no obvious or mandatory confirmation of this recurring nature. This is a classic deceptive billing trap!

  3. After using the Pro plan, I found the model performance extremely poor — far below expectations or competitors like Cursor/Claude. The product delivers no real value, yet you auto-charged me anyway.

As an Alibaba-backed product, how can Qoder justify such misleading pricing changes, auto-renewal traps, and substandard models? Do you intend this as a one-time rip-off to exploit new users? How do you expect to retain any customers with these tactics?

I have already canceled the subscription (expires in 21 days), but this $10 must be fully refunded immediately due to misleading information, poor product quality, and predatory practices. Provide a clear explanation and process the refund NOW — no excuses or delays.

I expect resolution within 48 hours. If not, I will escalate via chargeback through my payment provider, publicly expose your subscription trap on forums, Reddit, X, Zhihu, and warn other users worldwide.
