Thank you for using and providing feedback. We will check the status of your account

We have identified that you are not using a physical machine. Registering an account using a virtual machine does not meet the requirement for bonus Credits

I’m using the Windows version of Qoder IDE and registered online through a remote WSL2 environment. Does this also count as using a virtual machine? Is there any way I can get trial (Pro) access for my account?

Just log in to the physical machine again, if this physical machine has not used any other account before

I installed the Qoder client again on another physical Ubuntu machine and logged in, but I still don’t have it.
