Environment: Qoder 0.4.8 (Windows desktop, user-data-dir com.qoder.app.stable), Windows 11 (10.0.26200), WSL2 with Ubuntu-24.04 installed.
Expected: A way to choose the default integrated terminal profile. The docs (docs.qoder.com → Troubleshooting → Terminal Execution Exceptions) reference a “Terminal: Select Default Profile” command, which implies this exists.
Actual: Every new integrated terminal spawns cmd.exe. There is no profile dropdown in the terminal panel header, no terminal shell setting in the UI, and the Command Palette does not open in this build (Ctrl+Shift+P and F1 both do nothing), so the documented command cannot be reached. The VS Code-style terminal.integrated.defaultProfile.windows / terminal.integrated.profiles.windows settings are not honored either.
Request: Ship terminal profile selection with auto-detected WSL distros (equivalent to VS Code’s terminal.integrated.defaultProfile.windows), so WSL users don’t have to type wsl in every new terminal.
Current workaround: a guarded cmd.exe AutoRun registry value that launches wsl.exe -d Ubuntu-24.04 for interactive sessions only (cmd /c calls are unaffected).
