  • I didn’t know we can’t we one more one account, and I deleted my new account now. But I can’t still use my original account even with the basic model.

Issue Description

I got “You have exceeded the limits for free trial accounts”. While, my account shows 388/2000 in usage page. Another account shows around 1600/2000. Does qoder accumulates usage by Machine or by account?

Same here. It writes: ‘You have too many free trial accounts, so usage for this account is temporarily restricted. Please use your first account to continue.’

I can confirm that it ‘knows’ if you’re using the same account somehow, even if you create a temporary one using a different name. The only good news I can find so far is that the original account you used to sign up ‘might’ keep allowing you to use the cutdown version to the end of the month, then you’re back up to the full-fat version until your credits run out again. Secondary and tertiary accounts seem to allow some access for a short while, then state you’ve exceeded the limits. I sincerely hope they’re not reading the code you’re working on, and determining your account from that. I can imagine lots of lawsuits and people leaving the platform never to return if they are.

I rarely use this, but I received the following prompt:

“You have too many free trial accounts, so usage for this account is temporarily restricted. Please use your first account to continue. Once we officially launch, you can enjoy the full experience by upgrading your plan. This limitation helps ensure fair usage for all users. If you think this was applied incorrectly, please email us at contact@qoder.com.”

切换回首个账户依然无法使用,问题上报提交后提示提交失败。看了大家的发帖,我认为这是一个错误,目前的状态就是使用第二个人账户的用户均会被封号,及时切换回第一个账户仍无法使用,与提示的切换解决方法不一致
